Company History

For nearly 50 years, Northeastern Appraisal Commercial has provided quality commercial real estate appraisals for clients in New York State and beyond.

In 1990, the company was acquired by Michael Gluc, an experienced appraiser with the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute®. Over the past three decades, Northeastern has strategically grown by focusing on productive relationships and prioritizing quality over quantity of work. In 2017, Michael’s sons, Christopher and Andrew, joined the ownership team, positioning the company for the next generation of success.

Core values.

Our company, work, and business relationships are guided by these core values.

Dependable

We understand that our clients rely on us to get the job done to make informed decisions and move forward with their business or personal plans. We do not take that responsibility lightly and strive to be a dependable partner in every opportunity.

Credible

Despite industry standards, there’s always a level of subjectivity when it comes to appraising commercial properties. We’ve built a reputation for delivering accurate reports that are well-written and backed by reliable data.

Responsive

We aim to provide a level of personal attention that is often absent in commercial appraising. Communication is key to ensure that you’re getting the information you need (not more or less) and that we meet your pressing deadlines.

Leadership team.

At NEAC, our partners are heavily involved in client projects and provide leadership to our broader team.
